We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (business days).
During new launches, holidays, or sale periods, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD.
Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Email us at info@modestrootsco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you request an exchange, we’ll provide store credit instead.
No — sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
