RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you love your purchase from Modest Roots, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may return your item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Contact our Customer Care team at info@modestrootswear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you prefer an exchange, your return will be processed as store credit for future purchases.
Please note that sale items and promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
